Fadeke Femi-Fred

Director, Ventra Consult

Fadeke is the Managing Director Ventra Solutions Limited.

Fadeke has over 15 years’ experience in management and creative design. She started her career with Gretina Limited where she rose to become the marketing manager. She also worked with UB-40 as the head marketing where she cut her teeth as a creative director. While working SuperFlux, as head marketing & advertisement she was empowered with and entrusted with leading the organization to a new height. Fadeke left superflux to become the managing director of Ventra Solution leading the organization with zeal and passion. Fadeke is a graduate from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State and MPA holder from the University of Lagos.


Olumide Ariyibi

Director, Ventra Consult

Olumide is the Managing Director for Mutual Benefit Finance.

Olumide has over fifteen years of cumulative experience in the banking Industry. He started his career with the then Magnum Bank as the head of Operations and has since served in various management positions as pioneer business manager at sterling bank, and a relationship manager of the same bank, due to his excellent ability to identify clients need and meet those needs to ensure maximum profit in a win-win situation, he was then promoted to a position of a branch manager of the bank in 2013. Further discovery of his ability to identify crucial success factor of any market segment inspired the bank to transfer him to different branches of the bank as the branch manager in other to capture the leading market share for the bank. Olumide disengaged from sterling bank in 2015, purposely to pursue the development of his entrepreneurial skill.

His broad based hands-on knowledge in business restructuring, product design, strategic planning, pioneering and growing branch deposit liability base within five months and branch monthly profits within two years has earned him a position of managing director in this prestige bank.


Demola Adeyemo

Director, Ventra Consult

Demola is the Head of Accounts with Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA)

A graduate of banking and finance and an MBA Holder in Business Administration is a result–oriented, self-motivator and resourceful business Manager with proven ability to assemble, motivate and direct any team to bring about superior business performance.

Demola holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the Osun State Polytechnic 1998, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Benin in 2002 and an MBA from Lead City University in 2008.

He started his career with Messrs. Olusola Adekanola & Co. as an Audit Trainee in 2001 and moved to Wema Bank Plc from 2002 – 2003. He also worked in Daily Times of Nigeria Plc as Accounts / Audit Officer and Accountant: Times Printing Press from 2003 – 2005 after which he moved to Nigeria Employers` Consultative Association (NECA) as the Account Officer and subsequently, the Head of Accounts Department. He is also a Non-Executive Director in NNEW MFB.

He is a Member various professional bodies, i.e. Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Nigeria(CITN), Nigeria Institute of Management(NIM) and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of Nigeria(CIMA).

Demola is a seasoned Administrator and astute Accountant of over 15 years’ experience. He has attended various courses both locally and internationally in the course of his career.


Shittu Mohammed

Shittu is the Managing Director Gabadan Properties Limited.

Shittu an astute businessman of over 20 years. He has impeccable business acumen and believes: “When it comes to making investment decisions the most important things are; customer satisfaction and commercial viability”.

He is an alumnus of University of Ilorin with B.Sc. He is a people's person and enjoys sharing his knowledge.

Shittu is a pragmatic leader and prides himself on his integrity. He is best described as the backbone of the company. He is a devoted husband and father and enjoys spending time with his family.


Olaide Temowo

Director, Ventra Consult

Olaide is the CEO Telesol Limited Ghana.

Olaide, an experienced ICT business manager with deep experience spanning over 20years in IT Marketing & Business Development. He had University education at the University of Ibadan where he graduated with a BSc Hons in 1990. Between 1998 and 2000, he did his MBA with specialization in Strategic Marketing.

He has worked various OEM as business Partner eclipsing target expectations over the years. He relocated to Ghana to as pioneer CEO TELESOL which he has built as a profitable brand now well known as the major ICT networking brand in Ghana and her environs.

Olaide has a major passion is in the areas of youth empowerment and mentoring, capacity building as well as inculcating the virtues of a true believer which is based on sound biblical doctrines. He is happily married, with 2 wonderful daughters, with a passion for watching & playing football, watching documentaries, volunteering and reading.

His sales experience includes technology sales, complex software solutions such as operational performance, technical support services, business process solution, channel sales, executive recruiting and more.

Majority of Victor’s professional experience comes from direct sales for more than 15 years and now coaching, learning and development. He as acclaimed certified badges on varying areas of business operations to add credence to his expertise for over 10 years.
